This dessert takes 5 minutes to whip up. Only 5 ingredients too.
Since we are on the topic of Hawaii, why not?
I wish you could taste those juicy mangos on top. Oh, don’t leave them out.
If you can get your hands on a Strawberry Papaya or Sunrise Papaya you are in for a bit of Hawaii.
Since I’ve been a bit chatty about Hawaii already I will just get to the good stuff… the recipe.
5 Minute Tropical Papaya and Mango Fools
1 ripe Hawaiian Papaya ( Strawberrry or Sunrise) halved and seeds removed
1-2 ripe Mango peeled and diced
2 T. of lime juice
2 T. Powdered sugar or (Keto friendly Sweetener added as desired)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
Roughly chop the papaya and add to a blender along with 1/2 cup of mango cubes, lime juice, and powdered sugar or other sweetener. Blend for a minute until smooth.
Add Heavy Cream to large mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Reserve about 1/2 cup of whipped cream for topping the dessert.
Fold the fruit puree into the rest of the whipped cream.
Spoon into 4 glasses, Sprinkle with reserved mango cubes and top with reserved whipped cream.
