I am open to trying lots of things when it comes to food. The other night I was looking for a sauce for Tandoori Chicken and had come across a recipe that combined yogurt with cream cheese. It sounded like a wonderful combination of creamy and more creamy.
Yes! I’m a fan of that!
This sauce marries spicy garlic marries with lemon and mint. With that combination, what could be more perfect on anything with grill marks?
Though I am not usually a fan of mint unless it’s with chocolate I was open to trying this combination.
I have decided that this Creamy Garlic Mint Yogurt Sauce will be a quick and easy accompaniment to most anything I grill this summer. And when dinner was gone, it was a great dip for vegetables and crackers the next day.
You have give it a try! It has an incredibly luxurious texture, healthy cuz it’s yogurt and rich without adding oil. The garlic adds a kick of spicy tingle, while the mint, yogurt and lemon make it refreshing.
Move over tzatziki I have a new favorite!
